Let’s get out this petition on illegal immigration

Stopping Illegal Immigration

We must get the state to enforce immigration law before we go broke and the criminal activities crossing the border spread further into our state.  Because of NAFTA, Mexico lost 2 million farms and I understand that many who seek jobs are economic refugees. That being said, we all know about the cartels — that Mexico is the largest manufacturer of methamphetamine, and that Juarez is the most dangerous city in the world for a reason!

So by enforcing federal law (which is a good law), we can keep human, drug, weapons smuggling and sex slavery out of SC.  I personally know a number of people who have lost loved ones to drunk drivers making those preventable deaths since they were aliens and should not have been in the USA.

We the People of South Carolina demand that US Code Title 8 be enforced. THE CONSTITUTION MANDATES THAT OUR GOVERNMENT PERFORM ITS MAJOR FUNCTION:  PROTECTION OF ITS PEOPLE.

Please read and sign the petition we created, which asks that South Carolina enforce immigration law.  (It is located at the end of this article)  Return it to me.  We will present the petitions to the SC General Assembly in January.  The goal is 20,000 signatures.

The wealth of your ancestors and the nation are being stolen before your children have a chance to earn it! You are also going to raise your children in a nation of non-English speaking foreign nationals if we do not protect our national sovereignty and also close the borders.

Please consider helping in this statewide initiative.  It is for both your own good and that of your children and grandchildren.

Please go to www.saveliberty.net to see what we have put together. The links right after my comments are what we send out, but you are free to adjust it to your forum. We are not racists; we do not hate illegal immigrants. We simply understand that they are also being used to move the North American Union further along.

Citizens for Immigration Law Reform

October 2010

Dear Fellow South Carolinians:

It’s time to get serious with our legislators. The time for procrastinating and finger pointing is over.  We need your voice by way of your signature on the attached “Resolution in re Illegally Incurring Aliens.”  A master signature sheet is included to use or print more pages for signatures.

Take the Resolution and any signed petitions to the Senate Judiciary Hearings on October 14th, 27th and November 10th. Continue to get signatures to present to the Senate and/or House in January, 2011, or return them to me.

Our legislators at Senate Judiciary Subcommittee Hearings in Greenville, Columbia and Myrtle Beach need to hear a consistent message that the time has come for funding and enforcing Immigration law.

All Citizens for Immigration Law Reform will pursue all political and legal remedies to have our existing immigration laws enforced to the fullest extent of the law, including the Immigration Reform Act of 2008 (SC § 23-3-80) and US Code Title 8 Immigration Law focusing on funding, empowerment, and training and to prevent entities from supporting illegal aliens and their networks.

We know that illegal immigration has a negative impact on our society, our economy, our security and our way of life. We embrace and are committed to South Carolina’s political leaders who block bills for amnesty, or for any social or medical benefits, or for training or funding of non-citizen aliens in our state. South Carolinians want the companies that hire, aid, and abet illegal aliens penalized to the fullest extent of the law as well as deportation of all illegal aliens.

CITIZENS FOR IMMIGRATION LAW REFORM IS NOT A 501c3 NON-PROFIT; AN ORGANIZED GROUP; A POLITICAL ACTIVIST GROUP OR CLUB. WE ARE INDIVIDUALS ACTING INDEPENDENTLY, INCURRING NO EXPENSE, AND HAVING NO VESTED MONETARY INTEREST. WE INVITE ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS TO SIGN THIS RESOLTUION AND REPRESENT THE PEOPLE AS GUARDIANS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Resolution in Regard to Illegally Incurring Aliens

1. Whereas the security, and even the sovereignty of the United States of America is relentlessly and significantly compromised by the illegal incursion of illegal aliens numbering an estimated 20 to 30 million;

2. and Whereas illegally incurring aliens are bleeding health care, welfare, social security, educational, judicial, and correctional strata of the United States, while the United States is both suffering from massive increases in health care costs, and is in record mounting national debt;

3. and Whereas significant crimes, including but not limited to, human, drug and weapon smuggling, hit and runs, DUI’s, unlicensed driving, kidnappings, sexual predations, illegal weapons possession, domestic violence, murders and repeat offenses escalate, both in frequency and severity;

4. and Whereas the prevalence and abuse of multiple or unknown identities, document and identification fraud, social security fraud, birth certificate fraud, visa fraud, and banking fraud, as well as flights from bond, and gang oriented violence increases exponentially;

5. and Whereas the United States reels under an unemployment rate hovering at nine and sixth-tenths (9.6%) percent, with illegally incurring aliens illegally displacing lawful citizens and also the self-employed from available lawful employment;

6. and Whereas the massive, and ever magnifying matrix of the illegally incurring alien juggernaut provides a veritable breeding ground not only of organized crime, but even potential terrorist incursions within the continental United States,

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that we the people of the state of South Carolina, citizens by birth or naturalization, do hereby demand, require, and impute that our legislature, as the fiduciary of the populace:

1. Adopt the now passed, and subsequently challenged, Arizona Immigration Law en toto, with any reasonable tweaks due to geography,

2. Or in the alternative, the state of South Carolina adopt an addendum to the current 2008 Immigration Reform statute, empowering maximum enforceability from our state law enforcement resources and assets.
