It’s time for a new SC Speaker of the House

Who should be the next SC Speaker of the House

By Kendra Linkowski

If you understand the impending dollar collapse and the gold/ (and silver) standard, then you will see why Mike Pitts is preferred over Ralph Norman as Speaker of the House, although Norman is the choice of many state tea party groups.

I see that many tea parties have become an appendage of the Republican Party. We do not buy into party politics and would support a strong third party such as the Constitution Party, which is based in God’s word and the Constitution of course!

Thank you for weeding through all of this data and targeting your people with what you think would speak to their hearts the best.

Listen to a recording of a press conference about South Carolina’s budget woes and the need to replace Speaker Bobby Harrell.  Sixteen minutes of great insight to the position:

Why Mike Pitts?

The budget is a large part of the responsibility of the SC House. However with an ever-devaluing dollar, just reducing the “budget” is like not enough.  Because of confiscation of our wealth via taxes and the Federal Reserve printing press, South Carolina’s ability to self-govern has all but erased. Further, because of such extortion, we are then blackmailed to employ and enforce laws and regulations that assault individual liberties and inhibit our ability to create wealth via free market principals.

The call for Mike Pitts for House Speaker is a direct attempt by the people to regain our sovereignty, thereby our liberties and wealth.  It is a call for monetization of gold and silver as guaranteed to us in Article 1 Section 10 of the Constitution. It is a call for a Constitutional escrow account whereby the State determines the financial level of participation with Federal programs, thus ending the extortion of our monies and wealth.

Mike Pitts has introduced the Firearms Freedom Act, restoring the right to freely own guns; the Senate Accountability Act, which restores our legislature’s right to hold Senators to account or remove them from office; the Social Security Disconnect Act to restore individual sovereignty, and much more.  The call for Mike Pitts for Speaker is the call back to liberty and prosperity for all South Carolinians.

Please send emails to Bobby Harrell and Hugh Leatherman and the others so they hear loud and clear that shuffling numbers will not do. We want liberty and real prosperity that is granted by GOD and supposed to be protected by those we elect.

16 minutes of time to Hear Budget Considerations.

What Harry, Ralph Norman and the others fail to understand is that with an ever-devaluing dollar, there is no way to stop the explosion of costs for everything from government to groceries. Shuffling chairs on the Titanic will not stop us from sinking. The costs will explode as long as we allow our selves to be robbed by the Federal Reserve and the Federal government. Worse, we will lose the last shred of our state and individual sovereignty without a dependable currency.

Budget measures are incredibly short-sighted. There is no hope as long as we are inextricably tied to printing press and federal extortion.

Had the Legislature passed Mike Pitts’s monetization of gold and silver last session, our coffers would have grown by almost 40%! Instead South Carolina stayed tied to the flat dollar. There is plainly no way to manage and limit a budget while we are tied to the printing presses of the Federal Reserve and the extortion of the Federal Government.

Here are the sad facts that will become exponentially worse in a very short time.  Bobby Harrell, Ralph Norman or Ben Bernanke cannot control costs with a monetary system whereby the value is purposefully devalued every day.

John Maynard Keynes, architect of the current despotic economic system said this in his book, “Economic Consequences of The Peace” in 1920; “By a continuous process of inflation, governments can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. By this method, they not only confiscate, but they confiscate arbitrarily; and while the process impoverishes many, it actually enriches some.  The process engages all of the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner that not one man in a million can diagnose.”

It’s going to get much worse and much faster than ever before if we don’t act hard and fast.  It’s called INFLATION of costs due to the devaluing of the dollar.

Facts explained in the above recording-Harrell’s Record:

Bobby Harrell became Speaker of the House on June 2, 2005.

■Since 2005, state appropriations have grown by 17%, $2 billion — more than 50% faster than inflation. Meanwhile, Harrell claims he has cut taxes.

■State spending this year is appropriated at more than $21 billion — the highest in our history.

■Federal stimulus money was accepted by our state legislature, fighting against Gov. Sanford to do so.

■Harrell claims he would have voted against it if he had been a U.S. Congressman, but that as the SC State House Speaker, he advocated for us to accept it.

■The expected $1 billion hole in the upcoming budget could have been almost covered if the $900 million in incentives had not been spent.

■Harrell claims to be in favor of transparency, but he has fought against those who are actually fighting for legislation that would require every vote cast by those in state Congress to be recorded.

■The Speaker of the state House controls who fills half the positions on the Judicial Merit Selection Committee, which selects judicial candidates.

■The Speaker also decides who serves on committees and who serves on boards and commissions that oversee much of the Executive Branch of the state government.
■A large amount of power is held by only four people in the state House – none of whom were elected by the people.  They are:

Committee Chairmen: Ways and Means-Dan Cooper (803) 734-3144; Finance-Hugh K. Leatherman Bus. (843) 662-0388; Budget; Pres Protempe Glenn McConnell  Biz (843) 747-7554 and of course the Speaker.

Organizations who have shown their support to replace the Speaker of the House:
■Campaign for Liberty
■Rino Hunt
■Columbia TEA Party
■Kershaw County Patriots
■SC District 5 Patriots
■Spartanburg Tea Party

These organizations are not beholden to any political party or special interest group.  All are advocates of smaller government, fiscal responsibility, and adherence to the US Constitution.

Famous quotes worth noting:

“We are no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government of conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men.” –Woodrow Wilson (1919) regretfully, after establishing the Federal Reserve in 1913

“I sincerely believe that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale.”   –Thomas Jefferson

“Fascism should be called corporatism more properly because it is the perfect merger of the power between the corporation and the state.” — Mussolini

“It does not take a majority to prevail…but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.” –Samuel Adams (1722 to 1803)

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up…will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered…The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs” Thomas Jefferson, 3rd President

Thank you for reading through all of this information. This is of particular concern to the youth. You all are having the wealth of your ancestors and the nation stolen before you have a chance to earn it! You are also going to raise your children in a nation of non-English speaking foreign nationals if we do not protect our national sovereignty and also close the borders.
